Tellers all sitting on their cellphones. Don’t even bother to look up and call customers to the till. I stood in the line for ages before I realized that there were 3 available tills but they just kept sitting there. My teller didn’t even bother to look up from her phone while serving me. Checkers is close by, from now on I will take my service there, where they actually acknowledge my existence.
