TELLER PETUNIA IN PNP CALTON CENTER IS RUDE!

im modified by the service reacieved at pnp in calrton center.. so i even say service if the teller refused to acknowledge my presence?? 1stly i had to stand in a queue because the shop was closed for whatever reason no one bothered to inform us anythin i waited for over 30min and after that i picked up the items and went i got to the tills i was told card purchases cant be processed.. again, no one bothered to tell customers that as the door. i spoke to petunia and she flatly ignored me. i called out her name but she contunued talking to her collegue like i wasnt even calling her. people like her dont deserve to have jobs cause theres people out there that need the job. i wish pnp could just fire her because shes *****ing their iimage.
