Tardy service from Pick and Pay asap

Has anyone else suffered from the bad service I have from Pick and Pay ASAP online shop and delivery service. I ordered my groceries at around 08:00 and the initial delivery time was set for 09:00 to 10:00 . The delivery time kept getting pushed back until I got ****ed of when time delivery time was stated between 11:30 to 12:30. I eventually cancelled he order by calling customer service for the second time. They tried to tell me for second time that order was prepared but they waiting on driver. I’m now waiting on my refund . It will probably be as tardy as the service
