******** taking of my money

I placed an online order and a mistake was made with the delivery. I phoned and they sent a driver to collect the wrong parcel and undertook to refund me for the items I didn’t receive (R140 odd). Then they have the cheek to inform me that I don’t meet the criteria for a refund. Sounds a lot like theft to me.
