Taking more than a week to sort out a simple allocation query

Not sure who is more pathetic. Pick n Pay or RCS. But neither of these companies can manage to sort out a simple accounting query. Needs to be sent to IT and should be resolved in 48 hours.... We are heading to 96 hours now and still nothing. Maybe if they employed people that can actually do their job less people will be complaining about their useless service.
