Taking money for nothing
Placed an order on Pick n Pay asap on Friday. Money went off my account, the order didn't go through, I was assured that the money will be reversed by my bank, go to check this morning & the money cleared to Pick n Pay yesterday. Email them, they tell me they don't have the money, when the bank information I sent them clearly indicates its gone off. This is not the first time, I am also not the only person. This time I am not leaving it like this.
