Systems Offline

PNP Umphakathi is the worse, this my 4th time going to the store and every time their systems are offline , so unfair to see people leaving their groceries as their cards don't work on the portable speed points, please fix your systems as this is an inconvenience to most and causing unnecessary long lines with Tellers having to run around borrowing Speed points (so unprofessional). I for one had couldn't use my credit card had to transfer funds to be able to make my purchase , what about the clients that don't have back up plans leaving their groceries .

I even asked one of the Tellers why systems are not fixed as this has been going on for too long he advised that the Techs were onsite but system only works for a few minutes and goes down again.
