Switching of Smart Shopper Points is a total disappointment

We switched Smart Shopper points in the beginning of March 2021 for Ster Kinekor Movie tickets. We could not book our tickets online on the Ster Kinekor website, and thus left early enough to have time to book our tickets at Gateway Ster Kinekor, in time for the movie. We were on holiday in Ballito and decided to take our 4 year old son for his first cinema experience. We did not want to pay the normal price for a movie ticket, as we were not sure if our son would actually enjoy the cinema, and had the risk of not watching the full movie. We thus opted for the movie tickets bought with our Smart Shopper points. When we went to book our tickets, 2 out of the 3 ticket vouchers have already be claimed previously. Ster Kknekor could do nothing about it, as it was the voucher numbers sent through by PnP Smart Shopper. I immediately phoned the Smart Shopper number, but no one could seem to solve the problem. We had to turn around, and ended up breaking our son's heart, as he was so excited for his 1st cinema experience. I have 3 reference numbers from the Smart shopper department, and up to date, I keep on hearing that they are in the process of refunding me the Smart shopper points. It has been 5 months, and I am still waiting. It might seem like pocket change to some, but the R90 worth of Smart shopper points meant so much more to our son. Not speaking of the fuel money we wasted on driving there for nothing. We live in a small town with no cinema. We were on holiday, and tried to make it an unforgettable holiday for our son. It would be nice of PnP can sort out their switching of Smart shopper points, as it does not seem to work. It creates false expectations. Any feedback from PnP would be appreciated. I am done wasting my airtime to phone them, because it always ends in nothing.
