Swearing by staff member

While waiting to pay at the till I was talking to the customer behind me about how long the lady at the till was taking with the customer who was paying, the lady at the till started confronting me and the customer behind me. She then started shouting at us and stood up from the till and started swearing at us. That is when we called the manager, John, who was unable to sort out the situation out as the PicknPay employee was still swearing at us.<br> I have never been so embarrassed. The whole shop were spectators of how this lady was humiliating us by swearing at us and even her manager could not put her into order!
