Suspicious naartjies

I bought nartjies at pick n pay midway in bramley Johannesburg. When I peeled one today, I found a green like substance (which didn't look like rot or mold). My son had taken one to school in the morning and now he has none stop diarrhea. I wish I could attach the picture I took to support this. So customers please be careful!!!
