Support is so bad rather give up any hundreds of rands you lost in their mistake

If something goes wrong the support is SO SO TERRIBLE you may as well just give up whatever hundreds of rands were involved in the stuff up. They basically rob you of cash by wasting your time on a totally useless chat line and even more useless email line. They simply close the chat or ticket with absolutely no resolution
