Supp**** with 2nd hand goods

I purchased an Aim 60 inch UHD TV online from Pick n Pay home (R4999). When it was delivered there was no manual, no *****s for the feet as well as some damaged internal packaging. The batteries were still inserted in the remote. This is obviously a customer returned item (most likely faulty). Very disappointed with this type of service. When a customer pays for a new item, that's exactly what they expect. Not a 2nd hand, possibly faulty item. Do not buy electronic or electrical goods from Pick n Pay home online because you won't know what you're getting. Huge disappointment
