Supervisor's of Pick n Pay must learn and master their policies

I am very annoyed with the supervisors at Pick n Pay Quagga center in Pretoria West. 1kg Pick n Pay no name chicken polony was labeled R29.99 on the shelf. When I got to the till it rang R36.99. The teller went to verify with me and came back with the R29.99 sticker, called the supervisor to authorize, supervisor came but only changed the price to R29.99 then left the till whereas you have the double the difference policy which you even displayed in your store. I refused to pay at that price since "double the difference" was not app****. She was called again, when she got the she reduced to R26.99 which is still wrong as the difference was R7.00 meaning when double the difference policy is app**** correctly the price was supposed to be R22.99

When she was called again she had a bad reception towards me and asked me how I expect her to calculate it of which I did, after that she went to confirm from her colleague before she could apply it.
