Supervisor talking about subordinates personal problems in front of customers

I was shopping today at pick n pay boardwalk Richard's bay. The supervisor savy perumal began picking on the cashier about her personal problems. In front of customers that were in a queue to pay. This is the caliber of people that are employed by pick n pay, who pick and belittle their subordinates in front of customers. Personal issues should not b addressed at the work place, but rather instead help improve mindset of subordinates. This is the same supervisor who shouts at subordinates when she is called to address work related matters at till points telling them that they do not know how to do their job. It's for reasons like this customers support has declined in this store
