Supervisor not interested in assisting me

Pick ‘n Pay in Princess Crossing Went to withdraw and the lady at the till didn’t have the amount I needed, she asked the supervisor and she just stood there and was like no one has money and she didn’t ask from the open tills. What annoyed me the most was when I was asked who withdraw from the atm, I always withdraw inside pick ‘n pay to avoid charges. I felt like they were not prepared to assist me. There’s no point being loyal to that branch.
