I noticed that cash assistance was provided selectively based on the customer's race, which is not in line with the principles of equal treatment. Additionally, there was rudeness towards Indian customers and individuals who came to collect SRD grants. Although the store manager intervened and addressed the issue, such incidents should be avoided for a more inclusive and welcoming environment."
