Superb customer service

<p>I recently required some items from the bakery at the Pick n Pay Crescent store, for a small gathering at work. I had received great service from Rowena Govender previously and decided to give her a call. Since the landline was engaged and I needed to place the order urgently, I recalled having her cell number from a previous query that she assisted me with. I called to speak to her, but found out that she was off for the day. She didnt hesitate to assist me and said that she would call up the store and place the order for me, even though it was her day off. She then got back to me to confirm the arrangements. When I arrived at the store as soon as it opened the next morning, Rowena had my order waiting for me and might I add, took the time to package it very neatly by herself. Apart from this, Rowena's bubbly personality and welcoming attitude whenever I visit the store is definetly commendable. I have always noticed her being very dedicated to customer service in her interaction with othe rcustomers too. It is very rare to find such exceptional service nowadays, but Rowena is a treasure to your company. </p>
