Superb Customer Service

<p>After PicknPay Online Shopping dept recently upgraded their I T system it led to some minor glitches with lines temporarily out of stock not being able to be substituted resulting in incomplete Orders. Thankfully I received some superb rectifying customer service from a very helpful PnP Call-Cenre agent Ms Nomfundo Ngwenya, who empathetically went the e, resulting in incomplete orders.tra mile for me. Its nice to see that Customer service is still paramount for PnP. </p>
