Super *** service from pick n pay asap

We used the pick n pay asap app today 16/10/2021 to order food,this was done at 13:55,our money was taken and it stayed that the order was being put together.after my wife phoned the customer care line numerous times the last lady told her that pick n pay Hatfield never received our order-this was at 18:00,more than 4hours later..super *** service and I will never use this *** app again and will spread the word of how terrible the service is.
