Super great service in Alex Mall

I would like commend Nkhensani Chavalala from PnP in Alex mall for the wonderful service that she offered me. As I was on the que I noticed she greeted the 2 gentlemen in front of me with a smile and wished the a good day further. I sincerely thought it was because they were male, silly me ?. She then did the same to me and I just stood there after paying to see how she will react to the customer behind me. Oh ma gosh, she did the same. I wish she keeps this up and that she doesn't drop the ball. I just had a bad service from the first shop I went to before I came to PnP. I even greeted the cashier but she kept quite. Nonetheless, I was very happy and wish we can have more cashiers, packers and supervisors to managers like her (Nkhensani) who treat customers like they are the only ones in the shop and matter the most.
