Super Bad Service from Pick and Pay

Untmostly dissapointed in Pick and Pay and their Pick and Pay ASAP delivery. I'm Awaiting refunds of R1000 for almost a month. After numerous calls to their contact Centre and probable R400 spent on the calls there is no conclusion or refund as yet. I've spoken to 5 call Centre agents, all who say they will call back but never does, we've spoken on chats and already logged a Hello Peter complaint. Yet, no satisfaction or finalization of our queries. Pick and Pay offered complimentary vouchers and even sent a Promo code for the value of the money Owed to us. But guess what, the promo code does not work. Pick and Pay now needs to refund money Owed to us, and also reimburse us for money and time spent trying to sort this out. We will use Checkers from now on. What a disgrace PnP. Initial order number ***
