I made an urgent order of R698 and some cent, the order did not arrive two hours later. I called countless times speaking to different agents to track the order only to be told the store has not communicated with the driver, three hours in and still no order, it hasn't even been allocated, countless calls were made again where the agent decided to cancel the order and send my money to some wallet, I requested my money back into my account do I can get the stuff at the store but did not get it. I had calls dropped, put on mute, ignored and promises of supervisors to call me, nothing happened.
