Sunninghill Pick and Pay

Yet AGAIN!!!!! This ******* excuse for a store does not and will not change. It's time to shut it down or get entirely new staff. Get there at around 5pm from work and the **** begins - things on "special" are not available - as usual. I have spoken before about how the staff down tools, sweep up all the specials (you might find ONE item left) and take it for themselves. This has happened COUNTLESS TIMES!!!!! One of my sons challenged them last time, took the stuff out of their hands and gave it to the people who were THERE when these creatures shoved their way in and took almost everything for themselves, telling the customers that they are "entitled" to do that. Literally - literally leaving just one item every single time. A Woolworths employee was absolutely shocked and made her horror known. Apparently Woolworths does not allow this at all - its customer first, staff last - as it should be.

Now let's go back to me arriving at 5 and finding only one product. At that time the store is full but there are only two women on the tills. Frustration is already building. I had a trolley with seven items (trolley just makes it easier). I requested more people on the tills but that was ignored with a "they are on lunch". Everyone is entitled to "lunch" but you might do that during quiet time - like normal people. Eventually one woman asked a teller at the front of the store to assist me. She looked at the trolley and said NO! I showed her there were only 7 items - she strutted off and refused to assist. End result, dumped the trolley and left. When I initially asked about more people on the tills and was told a sob story I requested to speak to Pastoriza - the manager of the store who is extremely helpful and takes no nonsense from these "I couldn't care" staff members. He was openly MOCKED by one of these useless, vile creatures - "Oh Pasturizer" giggle giggle. If I did that at MY job, I would be jobless. This store needs to shut its doors. The staff are appallingly rude, lazy, disrespectful and utterly useless. They treat customers as if we are invading their space and bothering them. Literally thousands of complaints have been lodged and Pick n Pay has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. All I get is "the unions own us and we have to be careful". You have got to be f................. kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never, ever again will I walk through the doors of the dirty, couldn't give a damn, you are irrelevant, **** Pick n Pay in Sunninghill. They need to shut it down and leave these vile creatures jobless. Hundreds of thousands are looking for work and these worthless creatures don't deserve theirs. Disgusting doesn't begin to describe that shop. One day a staff member there is going to end up with a slightly skew jaw. Pastoriza - I hope you see this. You don't deserve to be surrounded by this trash.
