Summerstrand Pick N Pay

This is just another one of my complaints among many I've already had against your Summerstrand store. I really do feel like a broken record.

Why are your truck drivers so adamant to park in our driveway. I've phoned. I've emailed. I've taken photos and videos. You really couldn't care less. Now that a driver assaulted my boyfriend I really have lost faith in your company. What has your company done about it? Nothing. Just one phone call to tell us the person cannot help up but someone will be in touch with us. Well that someone, whoever it was meant to be, has yet to call. I have been in touch with a lawyer as well as the metro police with regards to your store. One would think your company would phone to apologize. Nope. Not even that. All my boyfriend did was ask the driver to move his truck and the driver refused. He grabbed my boyfriend by his neck.

We want to know what exactly your company is going to do about it. And please don't tell me you've forwarded the matter to whatever person as my photos, videos, messages and recorded calls for is proof that your forwarding does jack sh** with regards to the issues I've brought up for over 10 years.
