Sueded Stretch Jeggings

I have a big concern to raise about your new and improved material sueded stretch jeggings. Firstly, the cut size is completely out, in order to fit into a pair of these pants, I suggest you purchase one to two sizes bigger than your normal size. Secondly the stitching / sewing work is absolutely disgusting. I have had these pants for a few weeks. I purchased one pair a few weeks back and proceeded to purchase more as they are comfortable, however, I have already returned three of the four pairs due to all the stitching coming loose on the back pockets. Without fail, after wearing a pair of these pants once, and before washing, the stitching on the back pockets starts coming loose. This is now starting to happen to my newly exchanged pairs. I refuse to exchange them yet again and go through the same process each time.

Kindly advise on what the suggestion would be to move forward.
