Such POOR SERVICE!!!

This is not the 1st time this has happened with Pick n Pay ASAP, on the 1st of October 2025 ,I placed an order and received wrong products,logged it and was promised a refund but nothing, when calling the call center the agent started by not being aware of the matter but eventually acknowledged it and made an excuse of them having a backlog, such a huge company having a backlog on complaints and refunds is a disgrace and incompetence at the highest level,even the call center agents have no clue of what they're supposed to do there,it's day 8 now but nothing. Pick n Pay ASAP should pull up their socks or let it go if they can't keep up with customers' needs, so so so disappointed.
