Such a pity: Recycling bins contain general refuse

I have noticed that from the several Pick n Pays i frequent (x3-4), the recycling bins are always (on the several times i have checked) full of general refuse, generally being treated as a waste basket and with no due regard whatsoever to recycling. <br> <br> Such a pity that such a well-conceived green idea has deteriorated to such an extent
