Substandard service

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Pick n Pay kiosk in Mam’s Mall. I was unable to purchase a single item because it was not available at the kiosk, and the process was further delayed by an extremely long queue. Unfortunately, there were no designated express tills to assist customers making small or quick purchases, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I approached staff members Joyce and Mpho for assistance, they were unwilling to help, which left me feeling even more dissatisfied. The overall level of service fell far below expectations and reflects poorly on customer care at this branch.
