SUBSTANDARD PICK AND PAY

I have had numerous problems with Pick n Pay Bela Bela. The staff are very rude and handle your food in a very poor manner. Fresh fruit is thrown to the end of the till packing area, when you get it home it is so bruised that you have to throw it away. The same goes for eggs and other breakable items. Products that are marked on special are either not on the shelves or when they are scanned they stay at the original price. The standard of hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The other day I had to bring it to the managers attention that the lady was cutting cheese without using gloves, and then was throwing the unwrapped cut cheese into an old cardboard box until it would be wrapped. There are always flies around the bakery and the bread/ bakery items on the counter are not covered, so people are leaning over, coughing and touching unwrapped and uncovered foodstuff.
