Stupid App and terrible service

I’m so ****ed I ordered from BottlesApp and they only delivered 20% of the items I ordered I want my money back stupid app. The driver can with one packet instead of 6 ad indicated in the aAPP and some of the rolls where falling off the packet. This is really crazy this is money I work hard for and I want it back. Stupid support doesn’t help, ticket is resolved but no solution provided. I will never order from this App ever. Order no. 927406
