Struggling to get a refund from Pick n Pay ASAP

Struggling to get my refund,I bought on pick n pay ASAP and items were not delivered and I was charged for them. I have been requesting for a refund for 5days now without feedback,I've sent back to back emails with no response. I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE!!!!! TODAY!!!

I haven't received any call from anyone and no one is responding to my emails.
Do I need to take further steps in order for me to get my refund? Do I need to take this up with the Ombudsman??? Come on guys i need this issue resolved as in like yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
