Store not giving products at special price

So upset with Pick n Pay the Grove Mall Pretoria. Went to Pretoria from Cullinun (about 35kms drive just to the Grove from us) specifically for the special currently ongoing for diapers. Only to be told by the cashier, the diapers are not on special. They didnt want to listen to my husband explaining that the special is advertised and online. So disgusted!
