Store not adhering to their own policy!

Firstly i have emailed Pick n Pay direct and have not received a response therefore my complaint here.

I was at the store and there were alot of specials. In the biscuit isle the Choice Assorted Biscuit 2kg was on special for R149.99 as marked on the shelf on a red label. On another shelf it was marked a different price (higher). I took it to the cashier and she refused to give it to me at R149.99 and said the price is app R160.00. I did not take it.

Pick n Pay also has a price policy about having incorrectly priced items, this policy was not adhered to. i spent approximately R1500 at teh store on this day so R10 more for the biscuit would not be an issue but it was about the principle.

I also took a pic of the price tag of R149.99 whilst at the store. The staff are also quite rude and have an attitude suggesting you are bothering them!
