Store needs more cashiers

On Monday afternoon at approx. 16h15 I went into THE NEW PICK N PAY PETERVALE, for the 4th time since the store opened I have experienced the same problem 1 or 2 cashiers trying to assist customers at the tills and the lotto/money market counter. This is unacceptable at the start of peak shopping, customers are in turn getting frustrated with the cashiers blaming them for ''poor service'' when in actual fact it is a management problem not a staff problem. I have complained twice to PICK N PAY Head Office on 2 occasions and to the store manager ,this has fallen on deaf ears, it is obvious that Pick n Pay by not having staff are trying to save on the bottom line to the detriment of the customer . I gave my contact number to the floor manager on Monday and asked him to pass it onto the area or regional manager for someone to contact me nearly 72 hours later no one at Pick n Pay feels its necessary to take my concerns seriously, clearly I will be shopping else where as I thought a Pick n Pay on my way home would be a pleasure however its more of a hindrance. Pick n Pay Petervale will not see me again.
