STORE MGR NOT WILLING TO HELP CST
I went in to Tokai PnP to exchange a tube of superglue with a till slip and the store manager refused to return the item because it does not come up on their system so i should take back to the PnP store where I bought it more than 30 km`s away,all he could say literally is , I apologise nothing else he can do about it. In all my life shopping at PnP I never recevied such pathetic service before.
