Store Manager Pick and Pay Phoenix extremely rude and Unprofessional

7 June 2020...Customer service has reached its all time low.I had a terrible shopping experience where I was at the express till 10 items or less...I had 14 items...the store was extremely busy and all queues where busy.At the till I was asked by the store manager to leave the 4 items he was rude and shouted.He behaved unprofessional.I told him its only 4 items and I have been standing longer in this queue as the other queues are moving way faster.the cashier ,manager and store manager made me wait for more than 10 minutes before he told the cashier don't cash for more than 10 items...the store manager in my opinion does not have the professionalism to be speaking to customers. I am extremely disappointed as no store has treated me in such a rude manner.
