Store Manager Kidnapped a child

Eugene de Villiers a store manager somewhere in Centurion went to fetch his daughter for the weekend and never brought her back. He recently moved house and the police cant track him down. Please assist with any info on his whereabouts to find the missing child. If he no longer works for PNP please any info will help.
