Store Manager has No Idea what's going on in store

I walk into the store and see Spanspecks and Spanish Mellons on the shelf. But neither have prices displayed. So I call a lady at the Customer Care Counter and ask the prices; Andre was also at the counter. She has two tills in front of her, yet she can't give me the prices. She must first call someone else to scan the stickers on the fruit (not PnP stickers, rather those of the producer). I wait and wait, eventually someone comes, scans the label and she stares at the screen, not saying a word. So I gave up waiting and went to fetch some milk, the product I came to purchase. Get to the fridge and the same thing, none of the 1L Bags of Milk are priced. No time to waste, I simply took the bag of PnP No Nane Full Cream Milk went to the teller and paid. On my way out I noticed that Andre, the so called store manager was still at the Customer Care Counter where he was when I requested the prices of the fruit.
