Store gets a weekly smell and Front line Rudeness

Hi PnP. Please do something about your Noordheuwel branch. Once a week we get this very pungent drain smell in the store and yesterday your front line lady was as rude as she could ever be regarding the Shopper Card system. Your store is close and convenient but if this is the case i would drive 2km further and support your direct competition
