Store Closed before designated time
On Christmas Dad I contacted the call centre and was told that the store closes at 5pm. I arrived at the store only to have the door shut on my face by guards who gave me a bad attitude and refused to call the manager. There was at least 25 people waiting to get in. We contacted the call centre more than 3 times with no resolve. The service is beyond poor especially to loyal customers. We expect to be compensated for this ridiculous inconvenience.
