Store Card Pin Code Problem
I had decided to get a pick n pay store account. I got approved. When trying to choose a pin code for my card, it doesn't work. The pin service is offline. 2 weeks later i keep trying only to find out it doesn't work on contract phones. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO USE THE CARD WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO CREATE A PIN CODE?
I have read many negative reviews (after the fact unfortunately about the same problem), of which 1 complaint was resolved.
I can't get a hold of anyone on the Customer care number as the phone just rings................. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?
I urge Pick n Pay to contact me urgently as many people get store accounts because they are in need of it not because they simply want to.
I wish Checkers or Spar could start store accounts as I would much rather deal, shop & support them.
