Stop using Pick and Pay ASAP

I want to warn the public about Pick and Pay ASAP service. I ordered and paid for my order at 11:05 am the time right now is 14:40 And I'm yet to receive my food items that are paid for. I have sent to email requests for assistance no answer to either of them made to phone calls and still no food. This is not the first time I gave such bad service from them. On a previous occasion I bought chicken when it for to me guess what the chicken was rotten as in stinking rotten when i called about it I was told to take it up with the driver as the order was sent out as soon as it was done it's not tgeir fault... Really the drivers are contracted to pick and pay as independent contractors but seriously... rotten food and now no food... is this the order of the day for pick and pay you take our money and we must just hope we get our food or tgat it us edible. This is disgusting truly I would advise the whole country to just stop using this service and for pick and pay to take tips from checkers hyper 60 your pocket will thank u and yr family won't have rotten food that could cause food poisoning
