Stop online services
The order has been delivered, but a few items were missing. I trust that a refund for the missing items will be handled accordingly. We ordered three Duolite Awning Bronze (1.5), but one of the boxes arrived open with items falling out. This raises concerns about the quality assurance process—such a box should not have passed inspection, let alone been shipped. Leave online services to retailers like checkers.
