Stollen bag

I am very upset pick n pay liquor store in wynberg! As my bag was ****** and they came back to me stating they can't ' entertain the case' like what does that even mean now I feel like I'm the ******** here or that I just want something out of you guys !! The bag was in the care of your store with the security guard present !! That's the thing I left my bag in the care of the store I was not ****** inside the store I left my bag in the care of the store and this is how they coming back at me stating I should make a case against the person that took the bag? Which was in the care of the store !!
