****** Phone Pick and Pay Campus Square

My phone got ****** day at Campus Square Pick and Pay, i suspected only after the guy next to me happened to push over my things while i was helping the ladies that were asking me about baby cereal. i then checked in my bag only to realise that it was indeed ******. the ladies claimed that they did not see anything but i didn't believe them at all.

i then went to the security guy and told him what happened, he called another security lady that asked the ladies if they saw anything happen and they denied having seeing a thing. After letting the ladies go they then checked the camera footage only to realise that the ladies saw the man taking my phone from my bag and that they were possibly together with the man.

i'm ****ed at the fact that they let the women go before even checking the camera footage and instead of letting the manager know what was happening they showed me the supervisor( to me who was introduced as the manager).

I then called Brixton police station using the pick and pay phone and was given a reference number and was told that they were going to send the police to come. i waited and they didnt show up. i called again and i was told that they dont know about the reference number and that they never opened a case for me.

My matter was not treated with any sense of urgency and i am not happy at all!!!! I dont think i'll ever shop at pick and pay ever again since it is not safe within the store!!!!
