****** Online Order

Yesterday at 09.50 I used Pick n Pay ASAP to make a purchase of R490 for delivery between 11 - 12. After 7 phone calls to the customer support centre I have not received my order! Today I have called another 4 times, I spoke to a manager by the name of Yusaf who informed me that my order had being ****** by a 3rd party driver!!!! They are trying to locate the order and will get back to me! NO ONE has gotten back to me after 12 phone calls there is no resolution. Do not order from Pick n Pay online, as they cannot ensure that customers are not ****** by whom ever they are using to deliver their orders and no one will assist you either! Worst service I have every received! I want my money back or I am taking this to the media!!!
