****** goods or Money by Pick n Pay ASAP app

I bought my groceries online via Pick n Pay ASAP and I ordered the special for the Husky four tins for R105. I ordered 2x the special. I only received the special once, i.e. four tins not eight. But I did get charged for 8 tins, It is amazing how they can adjust the amount paid for the chicken pieces one buys because the price is an estimate, but they either employ people who ***** the R105 or they keep it themselves - I have not worked that out yet. But to anyone wanting to use the ASAP app - run! Use the Checkers 60/60 app. They are much better and deliver faster and I have never had an issue with them. I have reported it to them, I have reported it on their survey but no response. Pick n pay does not care - they too huge to give a flying about their customers - not supporting them anymore.
