Stole my Smart Shopper Points
<p>Phoned and emailed numerous times, each time asking for my contact details and promising to get back to me. Converted smart shopper points to Avios miles three weeks ago. Points were taken and no Avios miles awarded. Absolutely terrible customer service when calling.</p>
