Stock being of the shelf and I tried to request for a price check by taking a price tag off the shelf then the manager assaulted me for that he broke my 2 fingers and broke my phone screen

It was on a Sunday the 24th of January 2018 when I was assaulted by the manager of pick n pay Bramley view cnr corlett drive and 2nd avenue Kew for taking off theprice tag on the shelf to ask if the juice I was looking for was available but the manager had this bad attitude towards me and he took the price tag on my hands n I followed him to see if I will be helped but he banged the door for me and I was injured on my 2 fingers on top of that he broke my phone screen...kindly assist me on this matter to see if this can be resolved I am reachable on my cell no ********** 796 and email is ********** I am hoping to hear from you soon
