Stock availability

I have been shopping at Pnp for round 40 years and at this particular store since they opened a couple of years ago. The reason for me shopping here is because I like the convenience of one stop shopping. This particular store is however making it impossible for me to enjoy this convenience as they are constantly out of stock of my particular brand of cigarettes. At one stage I could not get my brand for over a month and when I questioned it the supplier was blamed. I then changed my brand and it resulted in a vicious circle of stock being available for round two days and then no stock for a week. Currently I am not even able to get my third choice brand so I am forced to make another stop at Checkers in order to get my brand. If they peruse my smart shopper points over the years it would become clear that I spend a lot of money at their store but,right now,the convenience of being able to enjoy one stop shopping at their competitor is starting to out weigh the benefit of smart shopper points.
